Weave Co-Working Space

Client: The Heaton Group

Project Overview

Weave asked for a co-working environment that blends style with everyday practicality. The space had to feel welcoming for members, withstand heavy use, and make power and data simple to access without visual clutter.

The brief

  • Create a mix of focused and collaborative areas.
  • Deliver a bespoke sofa for the lounge zone.
  • Provide desks with electric input grommets and wire grommets for neat, safe cable management.
  • Add privacy screens to support concentrated work.
  • Include a relaxed breakout with a kitchen table and matching bar stools.
  • Keep the aesthetic clean and contemporary, with durable, easy-maintenance finishes.

The challenge

The project required a quick turnaround, leaving no room for delays. We streamlined decisions with pre-approved finishes, weekly check-ins, and phased ordering. Installations were sequenced to minimise disruption, with final adjustments made on site to ensure a perfect fit.

Our approach

We carried out a measured survey and furniture review, then produced a furniture schedule and finishes pack aligned with the Weave brand. Working closely with The Heaton Group, we coordinated power locations and cable routes so every workstation is genuinely plug-and-play. Items with longer lead times were prioritised early, while selected stock pieces kept the programme moving.

Our work

  • Workstations: Custom-built desks with integrated power through input and wire grommets, and discreet under-desk cable management to keep surfaces clear.
  • Focus: Acoustic privacy screens and zoning to reduce visual and noise distractions.
  • Social: A bespoke modular sofa for the lounge area plus a communal kitchen table with matching bar stools for informal meetings and lunch breaks.
  • Flow: Furniture layouts that maintain clear circulation and sightlines while maximising seat count.

The result

A modern, flexible co-working space that supports productivity, comfort, and community. The combination of private focus points and relaxed collaboration zones gives members choice in how they work, while robust materials and integrated power keep maintenance low. The scheme was delivered on time and exactly to brief.
