The challenge
As the hotel remained open throughout the refurbishment, we coordinated delivery and installation around guest occupancy. Detailed planning ensured a smooth process with minimal disruption to staff and visitors.
Our approach
Working closely with designer Kay Cullen, our team focused on preserving the character of the Georgian architecture while elevating guest comfort. Rich velvets, soft botanical patterns, warm timbers, and contemporary detailing were selected to create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere throughout the hotel.
